What is cork?
Cork is an eco-friendly alternative to leather. It is natural, renewable, vegan and PETA-certified. Cork is peeled from the tree by experienced workers. The same tree can be peeled every 9 years for up to 300 years!
How do I clean my bag?
With water and a mild soap, cork can be restored to its original luster. For fabric, use a quick stain removal stick for tough spots, and water with a mild soap for the rest.
Is cork durable?
Cork is as durable as animal leather. It is waterproof, naturally antibacterial and mold-resistant. It has been stain-treated (Scotch Guard) and UV and abrasion-treated. The material has also passed laboratory tests for abrasion (Martindale test), UV rays, and fire.

Shipping and delivery costs
What are the lead times before my order is dispatched?
The current turnaround time is 24-48 hours for items on the website. For custom orders, the turnaround time can vary between a few days and 6 weeks.
What are the shipping options?
- Free shipping by regular stamp for $3.50 for wallets and keychains. The package takes on average less than 14 days to arrive at its destination. It can take up to 30 days depending on your region and the time of year.
- Flat rate shipping of $14.00 by Purolator for Quebec and Ontario, with a tracking number. Delivery for Quebec takes on average 1 to 2 days.
- Free delivery with any purchase of $175 or more with a tracking number.
- Shipping via Canada Post between $15 and $60 according to your preferences and for the rest of the world.
- Signature included in all shipments valued at over $75. You have 5 days to pick up your package, otherwise, it will be returned to me. The return and new shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.
