What are the lead times before my order is dispatched?
The current turnaround time is 24-48 hours for items on the site. For custom orders, the turnaround time can range from a few days to 6 weeks.
What are the shipping options?
- Free shipping by regular stamp for $3.50 for wallets and keychains. The package takes on average less than 14 days to arrive at its destination. It can take up to 30 days depending on your region and time of year.
- Flat rate shipping of $14.00 by Purolator for Quebec and Ontario, with tracking number. Delivery for Quebec takes an average of 1 to 2 days.
- Shipping via Canada Post between $15 and $60 according to your preferences and for the rest of the world.
- Signature included in all shipments over $75. You have 5 days to pick up your package, otherwise it will be returned to me. Return and re-shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.
- I offer free shipping with any purchase of $200 or more for Quebec customers, and $250 for customers from other provinces.

How will my package arrive?
All shipments are carefully wrapped in turquoise tissue paper with the invoice. If you prefer a shipment without an invoice, please mention it in the notes.
- Coin purses are in small boxes;
- Keychains are in small cardboard envelopes;
- Bags are packed in white or natural cardboard boxes.
