- If the bag does not suit you, for whatever reason, I accept returns within 7 days of receipt if the bag has not been used. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

- You have 14 days to return the bag to me. I will refund you upon receipt of the package.

- All my bags are inspected before leaving the workshop. Should there be a manufacturing defect, you have 7 days to inform me following receipt of the package.

- SALE and CUSTOMIZED items are final sales; no refunds will be issued.
